Your Fort Wayne three-river markYOURFort Wayne
FORT WAYNE VS…

A different city. Your same real life.

Compare the homes, work, travel, and routines that will actually change your decision.

These are decision guides, not rankings or live cost surveys. We identify practical tradeoffs and the official sources to check. Use the same household assumptions on both sides of any comparison.

Huntertown vs. Leo-Cedarville

Start with the work destination and the errands you repeat. Huntertown sits on the northwestern side of the area, with Lima Road an important orientation corridor. Leo-Cedarville is a separate town to the northeast. Neither town name establishes a commute time or a school assignment.

Investigate Huntertown

Compare the older town center with newer residential areas. Test the Lima Road approach and the route to your actual workplace. Northwest Allen’s 2026–27 boundaries deserve a current check.

Investigate Leo-Cedarville

Try a town-center outing and a route to Riverside Gardens. Check East Allen enrollment and the actual journey to north-side or downtown destinations.

NEWER HOMES. REAL PLACES TO INVESTIGATE.

Compare the communities behind the town names.

Start with a real community, then compare the exact lot and completed home. These examples help orient your search; they are not a complete inventory, a builder ranking, or paid placements.

Leo area / Cedar Creek Township

Tullymore Run

Off Garman Road, east of Amstutz Road, on the former Cedar Creek Golf Club site.

Put the community and the Leo town center on the same scouting trip. Compare individual lots, nearby open space and the connections to your daily destinations.

Ask on your visit: A Leo mailing address does not establish that a lot is inside Leo-Cedarville town limits. Verify jurisdiction, utilities and school enrollment by address.
