Your information, plainly.

What this site collects, what stays in your page, and how to request help.

Reading the guide

You do not need to submit contact information to read the public guides. The current review release is hosted through Sites, which may require account sign-in according to the owner’s access settings. The hosting service processes request information needed to deliver and secure the site.

Matcher and budget inputs

Matcher preferences, budget-planner amounts, and the name you place on a Welcome Home card remain in the current page. We do not send them to our inquiry database. If you choose a directions link, the destination you entered is included in the link sent to Google Maps.

Saved checklists

An essential cookie called yfw_checklist identifies this browser’s checklist. We store a one-way hash of its random identifier, completed item IDs, and update times in our database. We do not attach a name or email. The cookie lasts up to 180 days. Older progress is excluded from retrieval and removed during checklist updates. Clearing the cookie loses access to the saved checklist.

Inquiry forms

When you submit a contact, partner, Welcome Home, concierge, correction, or privacy inquiry, we store the name, email, organization details if supplied, message, submission time, inquiry type, and consent version. Optional phone, area and package fields, the page path and recognized campaign or referral code may also be stored. Cloudflare processes notification and confirmation emails. These details are used to review and respond to the request and are available only through restricted administration.

Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter or enroll you in a paid service. Avoid sensitive medical, financial, identity, or account information. We retain inquiries while addressing them and reviewing the relationship; you can request access or deletion below.

Security and third-party services

To limit repeated submissions, we store short-lived request counters using a hash derived from the request’s IP address and time window. Counter records expire and are removed during subsequent limited requests. Our application does not log form messages or contact details.

The map page embeds OpenStreetMap, which receives the network information needed to serve that map. External links take you to organizations with their own policies. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics to this release.

One-time plan emails and site analytics

If you ask for an emailed shortlist or checklist, we send that copy through Cloudflare. This does not subscribe you to marketing. We retain delivery status, a provider reference and a one-way payload hash so retries do not send duplicate messages. We do not place your email or plan in analytics.

We count page and tool use, business-link clicks and successful submissions using our own database. These event records contain an event name, date, recognized page, optional public business or area identifier, and a random referral code where applicable. Recognized campaign/referral values can be kept in this tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours so attribution follows your navigation. They do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text messages, budgets or destinations. Analytics records are pruned after 90 days. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for optional browser events; operational successful-submission counts still record delivery.

Questions or requests

Use the form below to request information about a submission or ask for deletion. Include the email and any reference number you used, but do not include a password or identity document. We may need to verify a request before acting.
